My research centers on Food & Memory, exploring how food connects past, present, and future and how we construct identity through food memories. As a Master’s candidate in Boston University’s Gastronomy program, I host a series of Nostalgia Dinners, guide exploration of how gender is embodied in foodwork, and plan to write my thesis on Food Trauma. I believe everyone has food stories to tell, and that eating is learning.
